We really enjoyed the ambiance, the tables had a good amount of space between them (so you didn't feel like you were bumping into a neighbor as you reached for your water cup). I had the pad see eww, my husband loved his dinner too. We had a group of 7 of us and they were able to accommodate us. They had a selection of Asian snacks for sale by the door too. ”

“ I was in Carmel a few times for work and Thai Golden was hands down the best restaurant that I tried there, and perhaps maybe even had some of the best Thai food I've had EVER! The beef noodle soup is truly so amazing, that I'm sad I'll no longer be working there because now this dish is a 50+ mile drive from me lol. The soup is so sweet and flavorful and the BEEF, SOOO tender and perfect taste AND they give so much of it! I would order this dish again and again. I've also tried their shrimp Shumai dumpling appetizer which was good, and the green curry lunch entree that was also amazing. The restaurant itself is cute, the left half is a mini gift shop that I unfortunately didn't get to check out, and the right side is filled with tables for dining in. Service was also always friendly. Can't wait for the day that I get to come back! ”
